I received a letter at my home from Chris asking if I needed help selling my home. He informed me in the letter that he is a specialist with short sales. My house was going into foreclosure and he stated he could help me sell my house short sale instead of losing it to foreclosure. What Chris didn’t know at the time he sent me that letter was that my house was going into foreclosure in three weeks. I emailed him on a Sunday evening, had a return call the next morning and he was at my house speaking to me about how he could help me later that afternoon. He had an entire packet made up for me showing me comparable home sales and all the documents needed to explain a short sale to me and the documents needed to list my house as we had to move super fast on this. All this in such a short amount of time he had to prepare for our meeting. I cannot say enough about Chris’ expertise, compassion, knowledge of short sales etc. He sold my house in less than a day through short sale. He knew he had to move fast to save me from foreclosure. He knew how stressed I was over this situation and he made sure he handled all the details with the mortgage company for me. He is always readily available to answer questions and an excellent communicator. I understood every step of the process due to him taking much time to explain the steps in depth. Short sales are very complex and require a lot of negotiations and constant communication with the mortgage company, sellers and the buyers Realtor. Chris handled all of the above with grace, patience and thoroughness. His knowledge of short sales was what enabled me to sell my home so quickly and go to settlement for the home in less than three months. He is the most efficient Realtor that I have ever worked with and I recommend him highly. If I could give him 100 stars, I would.
