Chris was great with responding right away with any questions I had. He negotiated a deal for repairs that I was extremely happy about. He made himself available to meet when it was convenient for me. Very happy that I purchased my home through him. I put average for local knowledge only because I am not aware of his local knowledge since I purchased the first home he shown me Four months after settlement, Chris helped me track down a floor sample from the seller. He was a huge help and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.
