I chose Chris from several letters I received from prospective realtors, his stood out from the rest. I narrowed down a few for interviews and he impressed me with his presentation and knowledge of our area and comps. Chris was on point throughout the whole process, he was patient and responsive to calls and emails when I needed to reach him.
